Castle Alt-Eberstein

The castle Alt-Eberstein (old Eberstein) is a castle ruin in the north of Baden-Baden's township Ebersteinburg. It is located at a strategically important spur at an altitude of 480m above sea level. Once upon a time the earls of Eberstein lived here. Today there is a gastronomy located inside the castle. Visitors can enter the ruin free of charge at the opening times of the gastronomy.
